How Mom’s Oasis Memberships Work
Your monthly membership payment becomes credit on your Mom’s Oasis account, so you’re not simply paying a fee to receive a discount. Classic members receive $65 in credit each billing cycle, while VIP members receive $120.
Unused credit rolls over from month to month while your membership remains active, allowing you to save it for a larger visit if you don’t use it right away.
Credits can also be used toward purchases for friends or family when processed through the member’s account. Membership percentage discounts, however, belong to the member only, except for the VIP monthly Guest Perk.
Important Membership Commitment
All Mom’s Oasis memberships begin with a six-month minimum commitment.
Your membership agreement has an initial minimum term of six consecutive monthly billing cycles. Memberships cannot be canceled during that initial term without paying the applicable early cancellation charge. After the initial six-month commitment is completed, the membership continues month-to-month until canceled or paused according to the Membership Agreement.

No. Unused membership credit rolls over from month to month while your membership remains active.
What can I use my membership credit for?
Membership credit can be used toward eligible Mom’s Oasis services, add-ons, Kid Corner childcare, and retail products. Your final Membership Agreement should control if there is ever a difference between website summaries and membership terms.
Can I use my credit for someone else?
Yes. Membership credit may be used toward purchases for friends or family when the transaction is booked and processed through your account. Your membership discount itself is reserved for you, except for the VIP monthly Guest Perk.
Can someone else use my membership discount?
No. Your percentage discount and other member-exclusive benefits are tied to the membership owner. VIP members receive one monthly Guest Perk allowing a friend to receive the specified guest discount.
Is there a minimum membership commitment?
Yes. Memberships have an initial minimum term of six consecutive monthly billing cycles. Early cancellation during that period is subject to the terms and charges in your Membership Agreement. Your current agreements state that the remaining dues for the six-month term become immediately due if a member cancels early.
What happens after the first six months?
After completing the initial six-month term, the membership automatically continues month-to-month until canceled or paused according to the Membership Agreement.
Can I pause my membership?
After completing the initial six-month commitment, memberships may be paused according to the terms of the Membership Agreement. Your current agreement allows up to a combined six months of pause time after the initial term.
What happens to unused credit if I cancel?
Under your current agreement, remaining credit is available for 90 days following the effective cancellation date, but membership discounts and member-only perks end when the membership is canceled.
Can membership discounts be combined with promotions?
No. Your current Membership Agreement says membership discounts do not stack with another promotion, sale, package price, or discount; whichever qualifying discount is greater applies.
Can I use my membership for Kid Corner childcare?
Yes. Kid Corner can be paid for using membership credit and qualifies for the applicable membership childcare discount. Parents must remain onsite while children use the Kid Corner.
